Overview
Every die board has waste areas too narrow for a sheet-cut ejection sponge — nicks between two rules, small windows, thin trim strips. The AP-SS seam sponge strip is supplied from 1 mm wide so those areas still eject instead of jamming the tool.
Two grades, two jobs
Seam sponge strip (65°) is firm enough to work in a 1–3 mm channel without folding over, supplied in 500 mm lengths across 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 and 8 mm heights. Gold cushion (75°) is the hardest grade in the sponge range, used where the blank needs a positive push under high pressure or where a soft profile has already collapsed.

Fit seam strip in the narrow channels and keep graded ejection wave sponge on the open areas. Back-pressure and corrugated protection are handled by the functional rubber strips.
