Manufacturing & Quality Control
How we control capacity and quality
Production runs across a 20,000 m² plant in Wenzhou, Zhejiang, with dedicated coating, slitting and assembly lines. Annual converted output exceeds 20,000 tons of stamping foil and self-adhesive material, and finished goods ship to more than 60 export markets. Separating foil coating from adhesive lamination and machine assembly keeps cross-contamination out of the process and lets us hold lead times of 7–15 days on stock widths.
Every incoming aluminium carrier, PET film and adhesive batch is tested before release: thickness tolerance, release-layer peel value, adhesion on the customer's declared substrate and colour difference against the approved master. Finished rolls are re-sampled at the slitter, and each shipment carries its QC record so converters can trace a roll back to its coating batch.
Machines are dry-run and stamped under load before crating, with registration accuracy, temperature stability and safety interlocks logged on the test sheet. ISO 9001:2015 governs the documented procedure; SGS verification, CE marking and RoHS compliance cover market access for European and Middle Eastern buyers.
