Sample / trial rolls start at 100 m for standard metallic foils, 300 m for holographic and 500 m for cold-stamping foils. Bulk production orders typically begin at 5,000 m per SKU. We hold safety stock of the 30 most popular gold/silver SKUs for same-week dispatch.
Q02What lead time do you offer as a hot stamping foil supplier?+
Stock SKUs ship within 3–5 working days. Custom-color and custom-width orders are produced in 15–25 days FOB Shanghai or Ningbo. Holographic patterns with custom embossed masters take 35–45 days for the first lot due to mastering.
Q03Do you ship internationally and handle export documents?+

Q05How do I choose between gold, silver, holographic and pigment foils?+
Metallic gold/silver = classic premium look (95% of luxury packaging). Holographic = security & shelf-impact for spirits, tobacco, cosmetics. Pigment = solid opaque colors for matte-look brands. Specialty grades — washable foil for textiles, textile foil for fabrics, digital toner foil for digital print enhancement — round out the range.
Q06Can you match a Pantone or brand-specific color?+
Yes. For metallic shades we color-match to Pantone Metallics (8000–8999 series). For pigment foils we match any Pantone Solid Coated value. Color development takes 7–10 days; we send a 50 m approval roll before bulk production.
